Mortar & Pestle Bar is the culmination of everything I love — blending my background in herbalism, natural ingredients, and fine wine into a mobile bar experience that’s rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and care. Every cocktail we serve is designed with the same attention to detail, quality, and hospitality that has shaped my journey.
When I’m not behind the bar, I’m living a quiet country life with my husband, our five cats, two dogs, and a thriving garden.

REFINED SPIRITS, ROOTED IN NATURE
Hi, I’m Keegan — the founder of Mortar & Pestle Bar.
Originally from California’s central coast, my journey has always revolved around a passion for natural living, community, and craftsmanship. I studied holistic health, herbalism, and massage, and spent time living off-grid in Hawaii, where I learned how to grow gardens, tend tropical plants (including hand-pollinating vanilla!), and embrace a deeper connection to the land.
After returning to California, I expanded my education into the world of wine, becoming a certified sommelier and wine educator at a premier winery. Eventually, my path led me to Oregon, where I fell in love with the art of craft cocktailing.
