How many bartenders will you provide?
We provide 1-2 OLCC licensed friendly, skilled bartenders. We’ll staff more bartenders if appropriate for your guest count and budget! Max guest count 200.
What sort of ingredients do you use?
Budget permitting, we use fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients (sourced in the PNW!) to create exceptional cocktails and mocktails for your special occasion
What events do you provide mobile bartending for?
We’re here for any sort of party! Whether it’s an intimate elopement, grand wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or anything else - we would love to help craft a truly exceptional experience for you and your guests.
Do you create custom cocktail menus or signature cocktails for weddings and events?
Depending on the package you select, we will work with you to create a customized cocktail (or mocktail) menu to match your event ambiance, theme and personal preferences.
What accoutrements do you provide with your bartending services?
Depending on what package you choose we provide Juices & House-made Craft Mixers, Bitters, Syrups, Shrubs, Garnishes etc. as needed for Your Chosen Cocktails. Along with Cups, Straws, Ice, Napkins, Coolers & Bar Tools and 4 hours of continuous service. We will also provide CO2 for the use of our 2 tap kegerator.
When will you arrive for our event to set up?
We will arrive at least 1 hour prior to your event to get all set up and ready to start serving!
Is your mobile bar covered by insurance?
Our services come with 1 million dollar liquor liability insurance and 2 million general liability, so you can have peace of mind knowing that you and your guests are protected.
Does your mobile bar travel?
We are based in Springfield, Oregon and will travel for free to weddings and events within 30 miles of our homebase. We are happy to travel beyond that with an additional fee per mile travelled.
Do we have to provide the alcohol?
YES! Unlike most mobile bars we provide the alcohol so you have one less thing to worry about. You can also rest assured that we follow OLCC’s laws and regulations. Please remind your guests to have their ID’s on hand because we are diligent at carding.
How many hours of service will you provide for our event?
This depends on your event and service package, but typically we include three to four hours of bartending service.
Where does your custom mobile bartending trailer fit?
Lore is a 16ft trailer and requires flat ground and easy access for service. Each venue must have an easy grade of no more than 5-10% and we try to avoid tricky situations like tight fits or steep drop offs. We require a 110v/30 AMP electrical outlet. No power access at your venue? No worries! We can provide a generator for an additional fee.
Should we tip you?
Love our drinks and our bartenders? Then yes please! Tips are encouraged- but we believe tips should be earned and don’t automatically add a fee to cover tipping our talented bartenders.
Do you provide a cash bar option?
Yes! Our Lavender package is a flexible, hassle-free cash bar that is popular for business and public events, but is available for private events as well! Learn more about our packages here.
For the cash bar option - do you accept credit cards? Or cash only?
We accept both cash and credit cards as forms of payment from guests!
